field trip- april 14 2008

we went on a field trip last friday.
it rained so hard in the morning, most of my classmates felt depressed.
but it stopped raining after we arrived our destination, nice!

we went to a train station, which is the only remained fan-looking one in taiwan
the tour guide told us a lot about how the station runs
it sounded cool !
we went to a mountain (or..hill) to see some buddhistic things
such as statues. and we also learned more about this religion by listening to our tour guide 's explanation .

then we had a wonderful lunch.. jkjk, we only went to some stands and grab some food.
we head to another place in the afternoon, to have some bike riding.
oh we sure had a lot of fun racing each other around...kind of crazy though
but it was a good memory haha

about school- march 29 2008

our teacher said that we should post some articals about human rights in taiwan,
but..i think thats not quite interesting.
you'd rather know something about our school lives, eh?

we study five days a week, yet you have to go to school six days a week in some private schools.
we study chinese, math, english, geography, history, social studies, physics, chemistry, biology, etc.
there's also PE time and art, music class.
cooking is also included, but only in 10th grade.
we have lots of tests, but our school prefers us do more research or projects than taking tests.

hey guys,

my name is tina.

oh i hate to use capitalized characters,

so..please get used to it while reading my blog! :))



hmm..

i think i have to introduce myself to all of you now.

as you see, my name is tina.

i got this name because my brother's name is tino,

funny, huh? but that's true :DD

part of the reason is that my birthday is on christmas,

and i WAS called christina,

yet that was too long for a lazy person like me.

that was how i got my name.



what's more about me?

hmm..i am not an ordinary person,

not a special one, either.

how to say? ahh, that's not important.

you'll understand what i mean after you know me for a longer time.

my favorite sport is tennis,

i started learning that when i was in elementary school,

i attend tennis club this semester, i really enjoy it!

as it can be said to be the only time we can put down all of our stress.



ooooh, i play drums and a little erhu (a chinese instrument).

i love the feeling to play instruments with other people.



another thing about me is that i looooooove dogs so badly,

i even want to be a vet in the future!

(my mom doesn't want me to do that, though)



oh i think that's all what i can think of now,
